In addition to benefiting by attending Chö ceremonies in person, you may also request that the monks and nuns include you (or a loved one) in the Healing Mandala at their Chö ceremonies performed monthly at the monastery in India.
Please attach a few strands of hair and the label from a worn and unwashed piece of clothing to the back of a recent photograph of yourself (or the person on whose behalf you request the practice) and place them in an envelop, along with a completed printout of the form (click for printable pdf).

Please note that you may also use this option to include someone in one of the ceremonies during the current tour if that person is unable to attend.
